KTBS Creative is an 8-person team with deep advertising experience. We come from a diverse background offering our clients marketing consultation, television production, graphic design, logo development & AV special effects.

Fair Hyams – Marketing & Creative Director
A real native Louisianan, Fair (short for Fairierre) has over 30 years of marketing and communications experience in Ad Agencies and as a Marketing Director for national and international companies. His advertising work has garnered local, regional and national advertising awards. He brings expertise in brand management, marketing communications, and strategic planning. Fair now heads up the KTBS Creative team.
Adam Berhiet – Marketing Project Manager
Born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, Adam has over a decade of experience working in the Marketing/Promotion arena of the broadcast television industry. While working in the Little Rock market, the Arkansas Broadcasters Association honored Adam with the Award For Best Marketing Campaign. Adam has a keen understanding of consumer’s interaction with the brand and how to translate that into effective advertising.
Jim Christie – Copywriter/Producer
Coming from Dallas, Texas, Jim has over 23 years of television production experience with numerous creative awards for his work. He is an experienced writer, editor and photographer bringing exceptional depth and breadth to the KTBS Creative team.
 
 
Patrick Denofrio – Internet Sales Director (New Media)
Patrick has been involved in New Media and Technology sales since 2002. Prior to joining KTBS, Patrick was the Director of Business Development and the Sr. Manager for Recruitment for ReachLocal the largest Google Adwords provider to small and medium businesses. Patrick has spent the last three years running his own Online Advertising Agency. He brings a strong combination of sales success and technical understanding to the KTBS team.

Gary Newell – Producer/Director

Video editing is often referred to as the “invisible art” because when it is well-practiced, the viewer can become so engaged that he or she is not even aware of the editor’s work. As a senior editor, Gary is a keystone in KTBS Creative audio and post-production. In his 30 years of experience he has earned numerous awards and the respect of the advertising industry.
Lauren Ostendorff – Copywriter/Producer
A graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Lauren has literally grown up in television. As our lead copywriter/producer, Lauren brings expertise in concept development and creative content for television commercials, web advertising, social media, and instructional videos. Lauren is a graduate of the National Association of Broadcaster’s Leadership Program.
Brad Pollitt – 2D & 3D Graphic Design/Editor/Web Design
Coming from Middle Tennessee State University with a major in Recording Industry and minor in Television Production, Brad brings to KTBS Creative 10 years of experience and expertise in Graphic Design, Visual Effects, Television Editing, Logo Design & Corporate I.D. and Web Design.
 
Jason Weimar – Videographer/Editor
Jason Weimar, a native Shreveporter, has been in broadcast television, mainly at KTBS 3, for over thirty years. With a degree in Fine Arts, Jason has used his creative talents in all aspects of television- primarily in production. Part of his broad brush of experience is editing, writing and videography of commercials and promotions.
Paul White – Director of Photography
Paul has distinguished himself as the most experienced and talented lighting & cameraman in Louisiana not only for his work on television commercials but also with work done with the local film industry. His training includes work at the Maine Media College International Film & Television Workshops in Rockport Maine and UCLA’s Entertainment Studies and Performing Arts. Paul brings over 3 decades of film experience to the KTBS Creative team.
